Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed slightly.
    You will be notified of any significant delays.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

  • Domestic Shipping (USA): 3–7 business days after processing.

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days after processing.

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Standard Shipping Rates:

  • Domestic (USA): Flat rate $4.00–$5.00

  • International: Flat rate $10.00–$12.00

(Shipping is often included in product pricing for simplicity.)

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the shipping cost.

  • The Royal Game is not responsible for delays or fees caused by customs processing.

5. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at theroyalgamechess@gmail.com with photos.

  • We will work with you to replace or refund your order.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost after confirmed delivery to the correct address.
