Q: Where are your products shipped from?

Most of our products are printed and shipped from trusted U.S. fulfillment partners, including brands like Gildan and Adidas, ensuring quality and fast delivery. Some chess accessories and sets may ship directly from our international partners to offer you a wider selection.

Q: Will I have to pay extra fees like tariffs or import duties?

A:
We believe in full transparency about possible extra costs. Here’s how it works:

  • U.S. Customers (Shipping to U.S. Addresses):

    • U.S. Shipped Products (Like Apparel): No extra tariffs or import fees. These items ship from U.S. warehouses, so what you see is what you pay.

    • Internationally Shipped Accessories or Chess Sets: Some items ship from overseas partners. These may be subject to U.S. import tariffs or duties upon delivery. We clearly label these products on their pages, so you’ll always know before you buy.

  • International Customers (Shipping to Non-U.S. Addresses):

    • Your country’s customs office may apply import duties, VAT, or handling fees, even if your order ships from the U.S.

    • These charges are not included at checkout and are collected by your local carrier or customs agency if they apply.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

  • U.S. Fulfilled Items: 2–5 business days processing, plus 5–10 business days shipping.

  • Internationally Shipped Items: 2–4 weeks, depending on customs and delivery services.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Q: What is your return policy?

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizing or change-of-mind purchases. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll replace it or offer a refund.
